This is an historical house, dating back to 1883. I had the opportunity to work on it twice for different clients.

The 2^nd owner was extremely creative in reusing fittings & materials of good quality from the first renovation. There was a focus on opening the house to the mountain side garden which was later extended by purchasing the plot behind.
